Join the Art & Soul Bazaar

Art & Soul Bazaar brings together a thoughtful mix of artists, artisans, authors, makers, food and beverage vendors, retailers, community organizations, and other creative businesses.

We invite you to participate as a vendor or support the event as a sponsor. Vendor spaces are offered for one flat fee with no commission on sales and are accepted on a rolling, first-come, first-served basis until the event is full.

Sponsorship opportunities are also available for businesses, organizations, and individuals who want to support the creative community while gaining meaningful recognition before, during, and after the event.

Fine artists and illustrators
Artisans, makers, jewelry designers, and crafters
Authors, publishers, and literary vendors
Retail and boutique vendors
Food and beverage vendors
Nonprofit, service, and community organizations
Other creative businesses that complement the Art & Soul experience

What Is Provided

Tables and chairs are available for vendors.
Vendors may instead bring their own table, chairs, or easels to suit their display.
There is no electricity available at the event.

Display & Equipment

Choose either the tables and chairs available from Art & Soul or bring your own table, chairs, and/or easels.
Keep all merchandise, signage, equipment, and personal belongings within your assigned vendor space.
Create a tidy, stable display that is safe for guests to browse.
Plan a display that can operate without electrical service; electricity is not available.

Registration

The vendor fee is $110 for one vendor space.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling, first-come-first-served basis until all available spaces are filled.
Submitting an application does not guarantee placement; Michele D'Ambrosio may curate the vendor mix to support a balanced event experience.
